The high school youth will be traveling to Curubande, Costa Rica for two one-week trips this summer. The first group will go July 15-22 and the second group will be in Costa Rica July 22 - 29.

Our mission this summer will be to add a classroom onto an existing school in the town of Curubande and enhance other areas of the school property and grounds as time permits. We will also host VBS several nights for the children and their families.

As exciting as this trip and completing our mission can be, it is also costly. The youth need to raise the funds to pay for travel, food, VBS supplies, building materials, van rentals, air and ground transportation, etc. Therefore, the mission team members will be hosting several fundraisers to help defray the costs.

Our February 10 Silent Auction was a HUGE success!  Thank you for your support of our Youth.

In addition to the fundraisers, the members of the 2008 mission team will have many team meetings to prepare the materials for the trip and bond with each other before July.
